Originally from Banja Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina, my life has taken me from being a refugee in Travnik after the Bosnian War to the United States, where I live now. In my daily travels, I find beauty in people and places. I find poetry in pain left from the war and losing one’s home. Love, Pain, Regret, and Memories are all part of my journey.
